The Troubleshooter? What is it? Want to know how to fix something? Want that info now? Want that info without randomly searching the web for it? Welcome to the troubleshooter.

Background: My name is Lance, and I designed and built this system. Most of the information contained here is from issues I have personally come across, although other users have contributed knowledge as well. (If you would like to contribute information, there is a link to register on the left.) While this system doesn't have gigs of information, what is here is easy to access since it is all stored in a question and answer hierarchy. This allows you to "zero in" on the answer you are looking for, thus getting you the information you want quickly, and without reading through pages of search results that aren't exactly what you're looking for. Of course if searching is your thing, you can do that too.

Goals: The basic idea behind this website is sharing information in a way that is easy to access, on a scalable platform. Since information is the goal, most of the page is text instead of pictures, flash, and other crap that just slows down the download and rendering time of each page. More information, less bling.
